Beth has been doing CrossFit since 2011. Beth had been doing the typical gym routine of chest and back Monday, legs Tuesday….Until she discovered CrossFit. CrossFit not only had challenging workouts both physically and mentally but also incorporated flexibility and mobility. She earned her level 1 in October of 2011 and has not looked back. Through coaching she has seen results in all athletes from elite to the beginner. “CrossFit not only transforms you physically but mentally.
