Finish each round in 3:00 or less. Use a run distance that you can finish in 2:00 or less each round. Do your best to do some version of the toes-to-bar on the pull-up bar. Only scale to the floor as a last resort. Consider kip swings or even hangs so you can practice getting more comfortable on the bar. If needed you can scale to sit-ups or lying toes-to-bar. This workout should give you the opportunity to challenge yourself based on how fast you want to push. Avoid setting yourself up in this workout where you are getting buried by volume or technical complexity.
