Part 1: EMOM 10 – 20-30 sec Bar Hangs & 10-20 sec L-Sits (Rings or Paralettes)
Part 2: 5 RFT of 10 Burpees, 5 L-Sit Strict Pullups, 20 Alt Jumping Lunges. L2 Strict Pullups, L1 10 Strict Ring Row
Scale: L-Sit -> Knees Up
Notes: Stimulus – Test Mental Toughness. 50 burpees and 100 Jumping Lunges will test how well you can work in the red zone. Pullups will be a short break for HR, L-Sit Pullups will challenge more experienced athletes.
