For Time: 10 Bar MU (20 C2B) then

5 RFT of 10 Alt Leg Roll Ups(Sc: 2 Foot), 20 Jumping Squats, 30 Abmat Situps then

10 Ring MU (20 C2B).

METCON

EMOM 10 – 8-10 Ring Rows and 5-8 Dips.

WOD: For Time – 400m Run then 5 RFT of 10 Suitcases, 20 Jumping Squats, 30 Mtn Climbers then 500m Row.
