Partner WOD:

For time 100 Pull ups,

100 Push ups,

100 Ab Mat Sit Ups must be split even

Met Con

5 x 5 weighted situps, 4 x 5 weighted step ups, 3 x 5 spliut squats.

WOD Partner WOD – AMRAP 20 – Row 25 Cal, 25 KBS, 25 Goblet Squats 25 Abmat Situps. Partner must hold KB or all work stops, 1 Partner works at a time, break up any way.
