Part 2: AMRAP 10 -15 Jumping Squats, 12 Box Jumps,9 Burpees.
RX 24/20, L2 20/18, L1 18/12
Scale: Jump Squats => Air Squats, Box Jumps => Step Ups
Notes: Stimulus = Stamina, Leg Endurance. Part 1 core/stability work. All exercises will work legs, stay focused on box jumps.
