Strength: Snatch Warm-up

WOD: “Hold It”

5 RFT 30 DU (60 SU), 6 Squat Snatch.

Every 2 minute 5 burpees.

RX 115/80, L2 95/65, L1 75/45

Notes: Your legs are going to fatigue. Try to be relaxed and efficient with your jump rope.
