Strength: Warm-up Snatch & OHS

WOD: “Kidd”

36 OHS then

6 Rounds of 8 Power Snatch, 2 Bar MU (10 Pullups) then

36 Burpees.

RX 95/65, L2 75/45, L1 65/35

Notes: Good amount of volume here. Do not go out to hard on OHS, Pace yourself through the 6 rounds, gut out the burpees.
