Part 1: EMOM 10 – Kipping Practice, Handstand Holds, Bar Hangs, Ring Holds. Pick 2 and alternate.

Part 2: “Grandma”

4 rounds of 7 Strict Handstand Push Ups, 7 Strict Ring Dips, 7 Strict Pull-ups, 7 Strict T2B rest 90 sec btw rounds.

Rx as written  (compare to 4/30/15

Notes: Pick 2 holds you need work on. Can do more advanced holds with L-sits, shoulder taps, etc.

Scaling: Scale with negatives and/or K2W with 5 rep scheme.
