Part 1: Floor Press 5×5 same weight ~ 65-70% 1RM, rest 2 minutes.

Part 2: “Superior”

AMRAP 15 – 200m run, 20 Pushups, 20 Goblet Squats.

RX 53/44, L2 44/35, L1 35/26

Notes: This will be a long WOD with potentially a high number of pushups, they will catch up fast. Scale pushups the same as always, do not make easier because there is a lot.

Scaling: Pushups -> Box/Bar
