Part 1: EMOM 4 – 1 Muscle Snatch, 1 Power Snatch, 1 Squat Snatch, with light weight. Rest 2 min Repeat with a little more weight.

Part 2: “Randy”

For time: 75 Snatch.

RX 75/55, L2 65/45, L1 55/35

Scale: Part 1 Squat Snatch -> Power Snatch

Notes: Stimulus – Sprint/Mental toughness.

Part 1 should be light with both weights, just little heavier on 1st EMOM. Randy is a sprint, should be minimal rest.
