L2 65/35, 115/55, 135/75, 155/85, L1 55/25, 75/35, 95/45, 115/55

Scale: weight and burpees if needed.

Notes: Stimulus – Test Mental Toughness.

1st Round is light weight but burpees are going to increase HR a lot. 2nd Round weight jumps a lot and will slow the pace down alot, 3rd round will be very challenging or to heavy for many if you get there.
