Step 1

Complete the Form

Choose a Free Weekday Fitness & Nutrition Consultation or a Free Sunday “No Sweat Intro” class. Choose a Fitness & Nutrition Consultation time that fits your weekday schedule or our Sunday “No Sweat Intro” Class.  All appointments wil be 20-30 minutes. After your initial consultation or no sweat intro your coach will set you up for Step 2.

Step 2

Create Your Program

After meeting with our coaches we will guide you to the best program to achieve your goals:

 A new Elements starts every 2 weeks and your nutrition program can start as soon as you are ready.

Step 3

Achieve Your Goals

Once your initial Nutrition consultation and/or Elements program are complete your coach will help you choose the Membership Options that best fits your goals.

“No Sweat” Consultation or Free Intro CrossFit Class

In our “No Sweat” Consultation you will meet with a coach to discuss your goals and learn more about our Nutrition & Fitness programs. 

Our Free Intro CrossFit Class will help take the intimidation away and let you join others interested in trying CrossFit for the first time.

Just follow Step 1 above to choose the option that is best for you. “No Sweat” Consultation are available at many different times and the Free Intro Classes run every Sunday at 930am.
