Why CrossFit?

I did have an interest in it and when my husband won a free month I was happy to check it out. It was very hard & scary for me for a long time and now I can’t imagine doing anything else. I have never stuck to a sport more than a couple of year outside of high school sports. I prefer the barbell stuff over any gymnastics though… The community of people you can meet is worth it all by itself!!

Do you have a favorite CrossFit workout?

I love the Deadlift but have come to love anything with cleans.

Probably Breaking Bad

Dogs all day long

Favorite time to workout?

9 a.m (I’ve only made two 5:30 a.m classes!!)
