Part 2: 200m Run, 30 V-Ups, 400/350m Row, 30 Pushups, 1000/900m Bike, 30 Pullups
Scale: Vups => Single Leg, Pushups => Box, Pullups => RR
Notes: Stimulus = Stamina. This should be a fast WOD. Scale gymnastics to allow fast work and big sets.
