Part 1: E2MO2M 16 – 1 Shrug, 1 High Pull, 1 Power Clean, 1 Hang Squat Clean. Can build to heavier than WOD.

Part 2: 5 RFT – 10 Power Clean, 10 Front Squats. 50% FS 1RM

Scale: FS => Back Squats

Notes: Stimulus = Stamina. WOD should be quick, trying to do as much unbroken as possible. Scale to back squats if FS are to difficult.
