Part 2: 5 RFT – 10 Power Clean, 10 Front Squats. 50% FS 1RM
Scale: FS => Back Squats
Notes: Stimulus = Stamina. WOD should be quick, trying to do as much unbroken as possible. Scale to back squats if FS are to difficult.
