Part 1: 3,3,3,3 TNG DL, rest 2 minutes. Build to a 3RM
Part 2: “OMG”
1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 Reps of RKBS, 20m Sprints.
RX 62/53, L2 53/44, L1 44/35
Notes: Deadlifts should all be TNG, you will need good DL warmup so you can start the 3’s around 70% of 1RM. 20m Sprint should be a hard run not a jog.
