Part 2: For Time – 25,20,15,10,5 Pushups, 500m,400m,300m,200m,100m Runs. 20 min cap
Scale: Pushups -> Box/Bar, Run -> Distance
Notes: This WOD should be fast and hard, trying to limit the sets in your pushups.
