AMRAP 12 – 5 Front Squat, 50 DU. Use weight from strength.

Notes: Make sure to use proper weight during strength. Volume of the WOD and strength will be high.

WOD: AMRAP 15 – 10 DB Squats, 100 SU, 10 Abmat Situps.
