General Warm-up:

Lax Ball Shoulders – 1 minute per side, Couch Stretch – 1 minute per leg.
 
 
Specific Warm-Up:
 
PVC Clean warm-up (5 Clean DL, 5 Shrugs, 5 High Pulls, 5 Power Cleans, 5 Squat Cleans), Repeat with Barbell
 then 100m Run.
 
 
Part 1:
 
5,4,3,2 Squat Cleans – Building to WOD weight. Rest 2 minutes between sets.
 
 
Part 2:
 
10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 of Squat Cleans with 100m Run after each round.
 
RX 185/135, L2 135/85, L1 95/65
 
 
Notes:
 
Scale weight to allow steady movement on cleans, using the run as a recovery for shoulders.
