Test day that should still be an all-out effort. No sandbagging in order to “improve” the retest.

Record score for reference during retest.

Conditioning challenge:
20:00 to establish max meters on a machine of your choice.

SKILL WORK

Rest, stretch, and recover!

STRETCHING

Accumulate:
1:00 foam roll quads
1:00 foam roll lower back
1:00 foam roll calves

Target Distance | Max meters on athlete’s choice of machine.

Get ready for a fun test day that should still be an all-out effort. No sandbagging in order to “improve” the retest.

Be sure to record your score for reference during the retest.

Go for an all-out effort to test your current capacity, but note that starting at an all-out pace might lead to falling off hard towards the end. Work towards a steady, maintainable pace, but not at the expense of missed opportunity for distance here.

Prepare to retest at the end of the month! Use this as a true test.
