 Part 1 Ys, Ts and Is, 3 sets 8 reps 

Part 2 Same as main with scaling options:

Pistols= Pistols to a box or squats

Push Ups=box push ups

Jumping Lunges=Jumping lunges to one or 2 ab mats

V-ups= single leg v-ups or planks
