AMRAP 4 – 10 KBS, 100m Run, 10 Pushups. Rest 1 minute.

AMRAP 6 – 10 KBS, 200m Run, 10 Pushups. Rest 2 minutes.

AMRAP 8 – 10 KBS, 300m Run, 10 Pushups

RX 53/44, L2 44/35, L1 35/26

Notes: Should be able to do all pushups in 2 to 3 sets max on all 3 parts.

Scaling: KBS to RKBS, Pushups to box/bar on rack. Choose a height for box/bar that will allow you to keep pushups to 2 or 3 sets.
