Notes

Time goal: 10:00-15:00. Use a moderate DB loading that is challenging but can be performed unbroken. Rx’d requires you to complete at least 30 double unders in a row in each round. Today’s workout should challenge you through the speed of repetition and transition but not in the complexity or loading of the movements. Practice different techniques to speed up or slow down the box jump overs depending on how fatigued you feel. We will cover two different styles during the specific warm-up.
