Warmup:
2 min Jog/Row/Bike
Mobility:
Pigeon Stretch – 1 minute each side
Calf Stretch – 1 minute each leg
Wrist Stretch – 10 rotations each direction
Warm-up:
Tabata – Single Unders, Inchworms, Plank, Hollow Hold. (Alternate)
Part 1:
Corework – 4 Rounds of 20 Bicycles, 10 Supermans, 20 sec T-Stabilization (Each side). Rest 90 seconds btw
Part 2:
AMRAP 12 – 50 Single Unders, 50 Speed Steps, 50 High Knees, 50 Mountain Climbers.
Scale/Alternate: None
Notes: This WOD will pump your heart rate up, try to use the single unders and speed steps to bring it down. Keep those hips low on the mountain climbers. ( 4 -6 Rounds, 2:00-3:30 per round)
Cooldown:
Roll Calves – 1 minute each leg, Up Dog – 1 minute ( 3 min)
