Warmup:
2 minute jog/row/bike/jump
Mobility:
Pigeon Stretch – 1 minute each side, Calf Stretch – 1 minute each leg, Wrist Stretch – 10 rotations each direction.
Warm-up:
Tabata – Single Unders, Inchworms, Plank, Hollow Hold.
Part 1.(12 min)
Corework – 4 Rounds of 20 Bicycles, 10 Supermans, 20 sec T-Stabilization (Each side). Rest 90 seconds btw
Part 2.(12 min)
AMRAP 12 – 50 Single Unders, 50 Speed Steps, 50 High Knees, 50 Mountain Climbers.
Cooldown:
Roll Calves – 1 minute each leg, Up Dog – 1 minute
