Today’s workout can have a total of 200+ air squats, 120+ sit-ups and 40+ push-ups. We’re looking for this workout to be a sprint with only minor rest breaks.

If you have completed this workout in the past, try to beat your previous score.

If you have completed 8+ rounds of this workout, scale up one or all of the movements or wear a vest.

There are a few of ways to modify this workout. Scale squats and push-ups to a box or scale the reps down. The stimulus is to keep moving for 8 minutes, so if you need to lessen the qty of reps to do that then do it.
