2 Rounds of 5 Scap Pullups, :20 Second Plank, 10 Air Squats then 2 Rounds of 5 Pullups/Ring Rows, 5 Pushups, 5 Air Squats.

“Murph”

1 Mile Run, then 300 Squats, 200 pushups, 100 Pullups, then 1 Mile Run.

L2 800m Runs L1 1/2 Murph or Partner Murph

Walk 200m
