Part 1: Bench Press – 5 x 10 @ ~50% 1RM. Rest 2 min
Part 2: 4 RFT of 400m Run, 30 Push Press, 20 HRPU.
RX 75/55, L2 65/45, L1 55/35
Scale: HRPU -> Bar/Box Reg Pushups. Scale the run if needed to keep under 5 min per round.
Notes: Stimulus – Musclular Endurance.
Part 1 Volume bench press. Part 2 has some good volume also. Keep a pace you can keep, HRPU will be more challenging after Push Press.
