• In today’s workout, look for your midline to be taxed. Expect the lunges to make the aggressive extension of the legs in the V-up more difficult. Expect the V-ups to make the overhead position with the DB more challenging.
• The weight that you choose for the DB on the overhead walking lunge should allow you to perform all 10 reps on each arm unbroken.
• Today’s workout should be mostly unbroken with a good rest as your partner is working.
• Have fun today and prioritize more moving over heavier weights or more challenging scaling options.
