12 Days of Fitmas

Just like the song. On the 1st day of Fitmas you perform 1 rep of exercise A. On the 2nd day of Fitmas you perform 2 reps of exercise B and 1 rep of exercise A. On the 3rd day of Fitmas you perform 3 reps of exercise C, 2 reps of exercise B and 1 rep of exercise A. You continue this pattern adding 1 day until you complete 12 reps of exercise L, 11 reps of exercise K, 10 reps of exercise J, 9 reps of exercise I, 8 reps of exercise H, 7 reps of exercise G, 6 reps of exercise F, 5 reps of exercise E, 4 reps of exercise D, 3 reps of exercise C, 2 reps of exercise B and 1 rep of exercise A. *Note: Each round will start with a new exercise then repeat the previous round,

Our 12 Movements will be revealed on Saturday.

There is a 45 minute time cap.
