100 push-ups
400-m run/500m Row
150 walking lunges

200 squats
400-m run/500m Row
150 walking lunges

100 push-ups
400-m run/500m Row
50 burpees.

Break up equally. 45 min time cap.

Notes: Lots of work, try and keep your sets where you can keep moving at a good pace. You will get a break during run/row.
