WOD #1 “Shared” (AMRAP 12) 9:00am, 9:20am, 9:40am

Teammate 1 & 2 Row 15 Cal each then

Shared 20 – 10# Partner Wallballs – 9ft Target

then

Teammate 3 & 4 Row 15 Cal each then

Shared 20 – Partner Tagging Pushups

 

WOD #2 “Team Total” (12 minutes) 10:00am, 10:20am, 10:40am

Team has 12 minutes to establish a 3 Rep Max of each exercise: Deadlift, Hang Clean, Front Squat, Jerk. One teammate and 3 minutes per exercise. Teammates can load weights.

 

WOD #3 “Synchronized” (12-minute time cap) 11:00am, 11:20am, 11:40pm

Teammate 1 & 2 and Teammate 3 & 4 partner up and perform Synchronized: 80 KBS (44/35/26/18), 60 Box Jumps (24/20/18/12), 40 Thrusters (65, 55, 45,35), 20 Bar Facing Burpees. Must alternate every 10 reps.

 

Floater WOD #4 “Jump, Jump”

Teammate 1 Max DU’s while Teammate 2 Bar Hangs, then Teammate 3 Max SU while Teammate 4 Bar Hangs.
