Teams of 3

150 Burpees,

150 Back squats,

150 sit ups,

150 push press, also must accumulate 3000m rower.

Rx 95/65 L2 75/55, L1 65/45

Only one person may work on exercises, at at time, one person rows and one person rests. Must complete one exercise before move to the next, eg must complete all 150 burpees then move to back squats. Do not have to break up evenly but each person must complete 25 reps of each exercise .Each athlete must row at least 500m
