10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 of Bar MU with 20 sec HS Hold in between each round.

Once you fail a Bar MU you switch to Burpee Box Jump overs.

Scaled will do Burpee Box Jump Overs. Scale for HS Hold is 30 sec plank.

Notes:Pacing is the key to this WOD, no matter what version you are doing. Keep steady.
