Workout #1 – Below Parallel

AMRAP 12

Partner 1 & 2:  work through 50 Squats, 40 Sit-ups, 30 Push-ups

Partner 3: runs, 200m,300m or 400m. (each athlete must run the same distance every time.)

When P3 completes the run P1 runs and P2, P3 work through gymnastics. Continue through the rotation.

Score will be total reps of gymnastics and total meters run. (Only full runs will count)

 

Workout #2 – Hook Grip

AMRAP 4 of 6 Cleans (95/65) & 6 Box Jumps (20/18)

AMRAP 4 of 8 Thrusters (95/65) & 8 Bar Facing Burpees

AMRAP 4 of 10 Deadlifts (95/65) and 10 Paralette dips

*Each team member must choose one AMRAP

 

Workout # 3 – Thumbs on the Bar

40-30-20-10 of Calorie Row & Wall Balls (20/14, 14/10, 10/6)

P1 starts on Rower, P2 starts on the box and P3 start with a bar hang.

*Every time the partner on the bar hang drops everyone rotates. Bar Hang to Box Jumps to Rower.

 

Floater – Full Extension

Max D-Ball Distance throw (20/15#, 25/20#, 30/25#)

*Each partner gets 3 attempts.

Score will be the combined total of each team members best throw.
