Part 1: DL, Clean, S2O warm-up
Part 2: AMRAP 20 – 9 DL, 7 Cleans, 5 S2O.
Every 2 minutes 5 burpees.
RX+ 185/135, RX 155/105, L2 135/95, L1 95/65
Notes: Part 1: Build to WOD weight with 3 rounds of 8 Deadlifts, 6 Cleans, 4 S2O. Part 2: Weight should be challenging to get a complete unbroken round but should try and do all S2O unbroken if possible. 1 round every 2 minutes should be hard, 6 to 8 rounds should be average. Less experienced athletes can go lighter and use as more of a conditioning and form WOD.
