Strength: 1 min tests (Burpees, Row Meters, Speed Steps) Rest 5 minutes between tests. Do in any order.

WOD: “Throwdown”

5 RFT of 10 Thrusters 5 Burpees over the bar.

RX 75/55, L2 65/45, L1 55/35

Notes: 1 min tests are benchmarks. Go as hard as possible, it is only 1 minute. Weight is light for WOD but it is sneaky.
