Part 2: “Swappage”

Partner WOD – AMRAP 20 – Partner 1 Row 300m, Partner 2 Abmat Situps, Partner 1 – 200m Run, Partner 2 – Burpees, Swap. Score is total situps and burpees.

Notes: Partner 1 will do both Row and run while Partner 2 does both situps and burpees then they switch. Each part should take 2 to 3 minutes before swap.
