– Pick one lift for the entire workout.
– Increase loading across as many sets
– Rest 1:30 between sets

Pick only one movement to perform all 8 sets. Increase weight across as many sets as possible. Rest 2:00-3:00 between sets. Record your heaviest weight lifted. It is ok to increase weight on some sets and then decrease weight on some sets, especially if you need to refine any technical issues. You have lots of reasons to help you choose which movement to pick, but prioritize factors like how you feel from yesterday or which one you want to work on the most. We likely won’t have time for the accessory, so you will need to plan to do that on your own
