Line Drills
10 Samson Stretch
10 Over the Hurdle steps
10 Ankle to Chest
10 Lunges with twist
10 Tip Toe Walk with arm swings
10 Heel Walk with hugs
Then 2 rounds of (1st round no weight, 2nd round weight)
100m run or 30 sec out & 30 sec back,
5 Box Step ups
5 Box Jumps
5 Push Press (each arm)
5 VUps
Part 2:
For time:
800m run, 15 Weighted Step Ups, 20 Box Jumps, 24 DB Push Press, 25 V Ups 24 DB Push Press , 20 Box Jumps, 15 Weighted Step Ups , 800m run.
Scale/Sub: Run => 800m Row, Weighted Step Ups => Weighted Lunges, Box Jumps => Jumping Squats, DB Push Press => Single Arm DB Push Press (12 each arm), V-Ups => Single Leg V-Ups.
