Part 1: “19.6” Partner WOD 

19 WBS, 19 Cal row (Each), then 

25 T2B, 50 DU, 15 Squat Cleans (Each), then

200′ OH Walking Lunges, 50 Wt Step Ups (Split) then

10 Snatch, 12 Burpees Over the Bar (each) then

33 Thrusters and 33 C2B (split).

RX 20/14, 95/65, 50/35 L2 16/12, 75/55, 40/25, L1 14/8, 65/45, 30/20

Notes: Each = Each person does #of reps before next exercise. ie. P1 19 WBS, P2 19 WBS, P1 19 Cal, P2 19 Cal… Split = break anyway but equally.

Scale: same as Open WODs or as needed.
