10 DB Push Presses
10 Dual DB Bent-Over Rows
10 Goblet Reverse Lunges.

Mobility:
Couch Stretch – 2 minute each side
Up/Down Dog – 1 minute
Pec Stretch – 1 min each side
WOD:
AMRAP 12 of
20 Mountain Climbers (10 per side)
15 Abs with a plate switch
10 Push-ups (Alternate rounds between Diamond and Regular)
Rest 2 minutes then do 2 rounds of 30 Russian Twist w/DB and 30-60 second Plank, 1 minute between.
Scale:
Pushups => Box/Bench/Knees
Notes:
Core is going to fatigue especially with cash out. Break up Pushups if 10 is a lot.

Lax ball Shoulders and pecs, Cobra Stretch
