20 Jumping Jacks
20 Mountain Climbers
10 Good Mornings
20 SU’s

Stretching/Mobility:
10 Over Head Wall Squats
Internal Rotation Shoulder Stretch – 1 minute each side
 Squat Hold – :90 seconds
Calf Stretch –  1 minute each side

Specific Warm Up:
2 sets, 1st set light or no weight, 2nd set WOD weight
10 Alternating DB Snatches
10 Air Squats
20 DUs or 40 SUs

WOD:

10-20-30-40-50 of Alt DB Snatches, Air Squats, DUs

Scale:

Weight, DU => SU’s x 2

Notes:

Steady work, intensity will increase as reps increase

Cooldown:
Roll low back, Quads, Glutes

Alternative:

10-20-30-40-50 of Power Snatches, Air Squats, DUs (RX 75/55)
