Part 2: “Cin -DT” Partner WOD

AMRAP 30 – 1 Round of Cindy each (5 Pull-ups, 10 Push-ups, 15 Squats) then

1 Round of DT each (12 DL, 9 Hang Power Cleans, 6 Push Jerks).

RX 155/105, L2 135/85, L1 95/55.

Notes: This will be a challenging WOD. You will not attack this WOD the same as Cindy or DT. Try and go unbroken on as much as possible for as long as possible. You will get a break after each set so push through that set. Try and work with a partner that will work at the same pace.
