Today’s workout is a fun and grindy partner workout. From the start of the workout, both partners will work together to finish. One person should not be left to complete an entire round by themselves.
Choose a weight that is challenging. This means that you should have to put the dumbbells down maybe 2-3 times on the farmers carry. This is ok because you and your partner are working together. One partner rests while the other works.
Dumbbells can be carried however you choose on the DB lunge. Try to stick with the technique that fatigues your grip the least.
Be sure to communicate with your partner during this workout. Tell them when you need a break and when you are recovered and ready to go. This type of communication will help you and your partner tackle today’s workout.
