General Warm Up:

3 sets of 20 Mountain Climbers, 15 Jumping Jacks, 10 Slow Squats

Mobility:

10 Spiderman with twist, 10 Cat/Cow, Tricep Stretch with band – 1 minute each side

Part 1: (8 – 6 coach led, 4 – 2 on own)

Front Squats – Build to just below WOD weight 8-6-4-2, Work every 2 minutes.

Part 2:

21-18-15-12-9-6-3 of Front Squats and V-ups.

Rx 165/115 L2 135/95 L1 95/65

Cool Down:

Roll adductors (inner thigh) and Childs pose
