Part 1: Deadlifts buiding to WOD weight.

Part 2: For Time with a partner –

50,40,30,20,10 of Pullups, DL, Cal Row.

50% 1RM. Break up evenly, 1 works at a time.

Scale: Pullups -> Ring Rows

Notes: Stimulus = Stamina/Engine.

Part 1 = Warmup for part 2.

Part 2 should be done at a steady rate pushing the pace as much as possible. Break up efficiently to maximize work/rest.
