WOD: “Long Road” Team WOD – (2 teams) Must Complete:

4000m Row,

2000 Single Unders,

22500# Deadlifts,

22500# Back Squats,

500 Lunges,

100 Wall Walks

Each team member must contribute to each exercise, can be broken any way and done in any order.

    Whoaaa. Is that 2 person teams or 2 teams of however many people come divided by 2? I have hockey practice @11:30 and not sure we’ll be done!!!
