HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!!!!

General Warm-up:

2 rounds of 10 PVC Pass Thrus and 10 PVC Snatch Balance (Slow)

Specific Warm-Up:

3 Rounds (as a group, PVC & BB , On own BB) 2 Power Snatch, 2 OHS (Pause Catch on PS, Pause Bottom OHS)

Part 1:

Every 3 minutes 2-2-2-2 Power Snatch & OHS build to WOD weight.

Part 2:

“Level 2”

2 Min Plank + 30 Burpees then 3 Rounds of 10 Power Snatch and 15 OHS.

RX135/95, L2 95/65, L1 65/35

Scale:

Plank + Burpee = Time cap 5 min

Cooldown:

Quad Stretch, Groin Stretch.

Notes:

Core will be fatigued from the start, use a weight you can do fast singles or small sets and trying for unbroken OHS 1st round.
